Truckies Toolbox
What is Truckies Toolbox?
Truckies Toolbox is a suite of iPhone apps for Australian truck drivers, made in Melbourne by Opus Novum PTY LTD. Each app does one job: work and rest hours, pay, trips, fuel, or loads.
Which apps are available now?
Truckies Rest Log is first. Truckies Pay, Truckies Trips, Truckies Fuel and Truckies Loads are coming soon. We’ll announce each one on this website when it’s ready.
Is Truckies Toolbox a government app?
No. Truckies Toolbox is independent. It isn’t affiliated with or endorsed by the National Heavy Vehicle Regulator (NHVR) or any government agency.
Do the apps work on Android?
The apps are being built for iPhone first. We don’t have Android dates to share yet.
Do I need to create an account?
Not for Truckies Rest Log. There’s no sign-up, and your records stay on your phone.

Does Truckies Rest Log replace my legal records?
No. Truckies Rest Log is a companion to your paper National Work Diary. It is not an NHVR-approved Electronic Work Diary, and you must still fill in your National Work Diary (or use an approved electronic system) and keep your legal records as the law requires.
How much does Truckies Rest Log cost?
It’s free to download and free for Standard Hours. An optional one-off Lifetime unlock adds BFM and two-up. There’s no subscription. See truckiesrestlog.com.au for the current price.

Purchases
How do I restore a purchase on a new iPhone?
Open the app’s Settings and tap Restore purchase, signed in with the same Apple ID you used to buy it.
How do I get a refund?
App Store purchases are processed by Apple, so refunds are handled by Apple. Request one at reportaproblem.apple.com. This doesn’t affect your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
Privacy
What do you do with my data?
In Truckies Rest Log, nothing, because we never receive it. There’s no account and no analytics, and your records stay on your device. Read the Privacy Policy for details.
